The story that you are about to read is 100 % the truth. I wouldn't dare to lie on such a serious matter, i would also be willing to take the lie detector test and i may take it in the future if it is necessary. Any way i think that people already know the truth and i'm doing this because there isn't posted anywhere on the internet or in mass-media.
My name is Dumitras Claudiu from Romania and i am part of the family (what is left of it) who was brought in the center of attention world wide since 1980 or 1989. Since 2012 at least 7 of my relatives have beeb killed. I have discovered that i am in the center of attention in 2013 after i have send an email to euronews in which i was complaining about the Rosia Montana project, the sell of Nokia and some other stuff. I said something like why Germany and France doesn't do any thing to stop this. It was just a stupid email that usualy it shouln't have been taken into account but the next day Angela Merkel goes to USA and the Rosia Montana project is stoped. After that they started to spy on me. I know this because i was able to speak with the reporters and tv stations from home. First i thought that they put microphones but later in 2016 when they started to haras me with "voice to skull" i found out the truth that they are remote neural monitor me. After i research a little i found out the whole truth that they picked on my family since 1980 or 1989. My father name was Vasile and he was born in 1952 (he was killed in 2017) and he worked in the army. In 1980 when my father was 28 years old the Chief of the Romanian General Staff is put Vasile Milea at least this is what wikipedia says i don't know for sure. It has the same name Vasile as my father and Milea could mean pity. This is the moment when "the coincidences" and associations start to appear. Notice that i have put the coincidences in quotation mark because they are not coincidences. In 1989 another Vasile Ionel is put Chief of the Romanian General Staff and he was born also in Botosani County just like my parents. Another fact that i can't be sure of because i was to little to remember, but in 1997 they put Constantin Degeratu  as Chief of the Romanian General Staff and this i know is true because i can remember. My father's brother name was Constantin. He died in 1994 frozen in the snow and they put a Constantin as chief like in mockery because Degeratu in romanian means frozen. Now back to 1989 they put Petre Roman as prime minister. It is like they were trying to deviate the hate towards us because Petre in romanian pietre means rocks and Roman is the city were we live rocks to Roman. In 1998 they put Radu Vasile as prime minister. Radu could mean i laugh at you or could mean i kill you and again Vasile my fathers name. Also from all the prim ministers he is the only one who died and he was probably killed. This are just a few examples but the associations continued until today and in 2013 became even more obvious. The rest of the countries did the same thing. In 2005 Angela Merkel is put as cancelar of Germany. My mother name is Angela and Merkel could mean in romanian merg ca el- i walk like him and she is also born in 1954 in same year with my mother. Vladimir Putin is born in 1952 the same year as my father. This could also not be a coincidence. In 1990 they are also two american movie Pretty Woman and Ghost. In Pretty Woman 3 characters have the names: Vivian Ward, James Morse and Susan. My father had a colleague in the army and his name was Vivivan and the word war and letter d from Dumitras probably then James Morse, morse code because my father was working in transmissions and the Susan could mean sue son. In the movie Ghost also from 1990 it is about a female that meets with the ghost of her killed lover and they make a pot from clay and again there is a character named Susan. They were making allusions to my family and me this time because in 1990 i was 5 years old and i was still using the potty. They wanted to kill him for that or because he was put like an umbrella in front. In 1993 there is the terrorist attack at wall trade center and it may be linked. They are also some "coincidences" with the 9/11. The eleven letter of the alphabet is K. In Romanian K sounds also like ca and caca means shit. Nine in romanian means to us also Osama bin Laden name may have some allusions a combinations of english and romanian words. In romanian as face sama means to kill himself and o could come from olita the pot. In the 90' also the mineriads were associated with my family. Miron Cozma the lider was a miner and he made one of the mineriads in the period when Radu Vasile was prim minister. My uncle Costel the brother of my mother worked in a mine and in the first grade in 1992 they put a colleague with me in the same class named Cozma Costel so i can later make the connections but my uncle didn't had any thing related with the mineriads. In 2012 he started to feel sick and the doctors lied to him that he had cancer and he killed himself by starvation.He was 65. In 2011 i made a stupid comment on youtube (a joke) that has disapered in which i was calling Lady Gaga, Lady Caca Lady Shit. After a while my first relative is killed Stiglet Valerica at 55 years. Some one has provoked him a stroke probably the USA army or the NSA. Back then i thought he died of natural causes. Next year Ghita another relative is killed at 69 with a stroke. Next year my grandmother dies. I suspect that someone may have choked her. In 2015 or 2016 one of the my neighbours Grigoras who lives with a floor above enters "the game" on purpose. My thoughts were and still are  streamed to everyone so she was perfectly knowing in what she was entering. She started to harras me and my parent by making all sort of noise and waking me from the sleep then in 2016 Prince is probably killed. Later that year another relative of mine is killed, Stela the concubine of the first victim Valerica. She was in her forties. Stela in romanian means star. After that Grigoras continues to harass us and the police didn't do any thing even though i made complains. I even contacted the secret services and the army. There is a long story with Grigoras family and with her daughters i don't get in to details. How she, one of her daughters and a girl i hear in my head through this radio telepathy were associated with Hilary Clinton and i was associated with Donald Trump right before the elections. Another important thing to mention the gesture of Barack Obama with the coffee cup salute it may have referred to kill someone me or my father because in 2017 they provoke a stroke to my father and later he dies. Also when he was in the hospital the doctors again did something to him and his liver failed. In 2018 another relative is killed Stiglet Costica. He was in his sixties. They provoke him a stroke or heart attack. A message that the murderers have left is in the order they have killed them. If we take the first letter of their name we get VCGNSVC. It's like WC GNS WC G come from Grigors and CNS is the local tv station. I have many prooves that what i am saying is true and there have been made movies and song with our names and they are people who became Vip's because that look like us. I have sued my state and they delayed my lawsuit on purpose until 2022. I have also made criminal complains and i have asked for a trustee because i a am sick and can't make all the trips but they ignored all of my complaints and my request for a trustee. I have send my case to ECHR and explained to them that if they don't accept it is like they condemn me to death because i need to treat myself in another safe country, that my case has a great significance and it affects everyone (the mass voice to skull harassment, the radio telepathy, the streaming of my thoughts 24/7 since at least 2016 in peoples head is just one exemple) and that because i am in the center of attention things are interconnected but they refused to accept my case. Now i have contacted them again and asked to see if it wasn't modified by someone and to undo the error. I have also contacted in paralel the International Court of Justice. Another low thing that they have done to me in 2013. They kept me for one month locked at the psychiatry they gave me a fals diagnostic, injections and pills that has deteriorated my cardiovascular problems and also my brain because now even after i stoped taking their treatment i have increased libido. Sine 2013 i have also been harassed through this secret technology that remote neural monitors us with many occasions. They provoked me stings in the heart area, dizziness, they heated my head and all sort of things. Since 2013 they have claudified the planet. They took all my ideas in science and other fields and my opinion become like a norm. Since 2016 i can her in my head four or five more people and this is affecting my sleep and my life. My thought and this voice are also heard by other people. Some times i think that the entire planet can her me because even dogs, cats and birds from neighbourhood react to my thought. Also on the internet and tv people, important people can hear me. I also think that they have copied my brain and not only mine. They probably have a simulation like in Matrix because they know in advance what i am going to do. The movies that are made after 2000 eather are modified or they copied my brain since then because when i watch them thy react to my thought. It also happen with few older movies from 1950.About my father On 5 Aprile 2017 the secret services or the army of Romania, USA or another country provoked him a stroke remotely through this secret technology that remote neural monitors us and i took him to hospital in my city Roman from County Neamt where he again gets even sicker (they give him something and his liver fails) and he dies on 30 June 2017. Because of this situation that i was brought in i can't find a girlfriend/wife and now that my father is dead practically all i have left is my mother. This is a portion of the true story. I am Just!

      I am a european citizen from Romania and i have created this blog because i want to tell the world what has happend to me but also to ask for help and advice. I don't want to get in too much details but if my problems (and perhaps not only mine) continue to be ignored i will post here the full story. Since 2014 when i've made some comments online i became the number one targeted individual and my life has been completely turned upside down. Now i am pretty sick probably cardiovascular problems and i am afraid to go to hospital here in my country because i didn't had such a good experience the last time i went to them. I am also remotely neural monitored. They put someting in my food /water/perfusion, nano chips or perhaps some particles that make my head to emit radio waves that are probably received by GSM antennas and not only to me because i am able to speak with other people through artificial telepaty (i think some of them are my neighbours). I have no privacy any more and it is very disturbing. I want to move in another country. I have contacted some goverments and told them my problems (omitting the "sci-fi" part with the remote neural monitoring) but they still didn't reply my emails. Because of all this herasment and stress my health has deteriorated even worst. I need a few thousands euros for a check up in another country.
